Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, which one can develop through the practice of meditation. Although the practice of mindfulness is widely popular around the world, in Seychelles it is yet to get established.
SBA conducts mindfulness meditation programs that are facilitated by Buddhist Monks or practitioners of mindfulness. These programs are conducted focusing on both Sri Lankan Buddhist community and local community.
Currently we have successfully completed several programs and are continuing.
